The M37451M2 is a single-chip microcomputer designed with CMOS silicon gate technology.It is housed in a 64-pin shrink plastic molded DIP or an 80-pin plastic molded QFP.In addition to its simple instruction sets,the ROM,RAM,and I/O addresses are placed on the same memory map to enable easy programming.M37451M2 is suited for office automation equipment and control devices.M37451M2 also has a unique feature that enables it to be used as a slave microcomputer.
Features of the M37451M2 are:(1)number of basic instructions is 71;(2)instruction execution time (minimum instructions at 10MHz frequency) is 0.8US;(3)single power supply is 5V±10%;(4)power dissipation normal operation mode(at 10 MHz frequency) is 30mW;(5)subroutine nesting is level max;(6)interrupt is 15 types;(7)master CPU bus interface is 1 byte;(8)8-bit timer is 1;(9)16-bit timer is 3;(10)serial I/O is 1;(11):programmable I/O ports is 48;(12):input port is 3(DIP),8(QFP);(13):D-A converter(8 bit resolution) is 2 channels;(14):A-D converter(8 bit resolution) is 3channel(DIP),8channels(QFP);(15):PWM output (8-bit or 16 bit) is 1.
