The M38073M4 is the 8-bit microcomputer based on the 740 family core technology.The M38073M4 has two serial I/Os, an A-D converter, a D-A converter, a real time output port function, a watchdog timer, and an analog comparator, which are available for a system controller which controls motors of office equipment and household appliances.
