M5218AL

The M5218AL is a kind of semiconductor integrated circuit designed for a low noise preamplifier in audio equipment and a general purpose operational amplifier in other electronic equipment. Two low noise operational amplifier circuits displaying internal phase-compensated high gain and low distortiion are contained in an 8-pin SIP, DIP or FP for application over a wide range as a general-purpose dual amplifier in general electronic equipment.

There are some features as follows: (1)high gain, low distortion: GVO=110 dB, THE=0.0015% (typ); (2)high slew rate, high fT: SR=2.2 V/S, fT=7 MHz (typ); (3)low noise (RS=1 k): FLAT: VNI=2Vrms (typ) and RIAA: VNI=1Vrms (typ); (4)operation with low supply voltage: VCC4 V (±2 V); (5)high load current, high power dissipation: ILP=±50 mA, Pd=800 mW (SIP), Pd=625 mW (DIP), Pd=440 mW (FP).
