General Description
MASWSS0176TR-3000 General Description
The MASWSS0176TR-3000 is one member of the MASWSS0176 family which designed as the GaAs PHEMT MMIC single pole, double throw (SPDT) switch in a low cost, lead-free SOT-26 surface mount plastic package. It can be used in low power, low loss requirements in all systems operating up to 3 GHz, including PCS, GSM, DCS, satellite radio, blue tooth, and other receive chain applications. Also it is fabricated using a 0.5 micron gate length GaAs PHEMT process which features full passivation for performance and reliability.
Features of the MASWSS0176TR-3000 are:(1)RoHS compliant version of MASWSS0005;(2)260°C reflow compatible;(3)halogen-free "green" mold compound;(4)100% matte tin plating over copper;(5)lead-free SOT-26 package;(6)low current consumption:5 A @ 2.5 V;(7)moderate isolation:21 dB @ 2.4 GHz;(8)low insertion loss: 0.35 dB @ 2.4 GHz.
The absolute maximum ratings of the MASWSS0176TR-3000 can be summarized as:(1)input power @ 2.5 V control:+26 dBm;(2)operating voltage:+8.5 V;(3)operating temperature:-40°C to +85°C;(4)storage temperature:-65°C to +150°C.
