MAX1134BCAP

The MAX1134BCAP is one member of the MAX1134 family which is designed as the 150ksps, 16-bit ADC that can be used in (1)industrial process control; (2)industrial I/O modules; (3)data-acquisition systems; (4)medical instruments; (5)portable and battery-powered equipment. This device accepts input signals of 0 to +6V (unipolar) or ±6V (bipolar), and is available in a 20-pin SSOP package and are fully specified over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
