MAX171

The MAX171 is a complete 5.8s, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter(ADC) that provides overs 1500VRMS electrical isolation between its analog input and the digital interface pins. It combines a serial output 12-bit ADC, three opto-couplers, and a low-drift buried-zener voltage reference in a standard 16-lead plastic DIP package.
