MAX2235

The MAX2235 is designed as one kind of +3.6V, 1W autoramping power amplifier that can be used in (1)900MHz ISM-band applications; (2)two-way pagers; (3)analog cellular phones; (4)microcellular GSM (power class 5); (5)wireless data networks. Also this device is available in a thermally enhanced 20-pin TSSOP package with a heat slug, and an additional power-saving feature is a shutdown mode that typically reduces supply current below 1A.
