The MAX2321EUP is one member of the MAX2321 family which is designed as the adjustable, high-linearity, SiGe dual-band LNA/Mixer IC that can be used in (1)CDMA/TDMA/PDC/WCDMA/GSM cellular phones; (2)single/dual/triple-mode phones; (3)wireless local loop (WLL). The MAX2321 family includes six ICs: four operate at both cellular and PCS frequencies, one operates at cellular frequencies, and one at PCS frequencies (see selector guide).
Features of the MAX2321EUP are:(1)ultra-high linearity at ultra-low current and noise; (2)+2.7V to +3.6V operation; (3)pin-selectable low-gain mode reduc-es gain by 17dB and current by 3mA; (4)pin-selectable paging mode reduces current draw by 6mA when transmitter is not in use; (5)LO output buffers; (6)LO frequency doubler (MAX2321); (7)LO frequency divider (MAX2326); (8)0.1A shutdown current; (9)20-pin TSSOP-EP package.
