MAX2700ECMD

The MAX2700ECMD is designed as one kind of 1.8GHz to 2.5GHz direct downconversion receiver that belongs to the MAX2700 family. This device can be used in (1)wireless local loop; (2)wideband direct-sequence spread-spectrum systems; (3)two-way MMDS; (4)wideband 2.4GHz ISM radios; (5)digital Microwave radios. And it has three main blocks: lownoise amplifier (LNA), quadrature downconverter, and baseband variable gain amplifiers (VGAs).

Features of the MAX2700ECMD are:(1)lna with selectable gain and shutdown option; (2)high linearity direct I/Q downconverter; (3)wideband LO quadrature generator; (4)3dB baseband channel bandwidth of at least 56MHz; (5)variable gain baseband amplifiers with >60dB control range; (6)baseband gain offset correction loop; (7)+2.7V to +3.3V single-supply operation; (8)small 48-pin TQFP-EP package.
