The MAX3509QL3BB is one member of the MAX3509 family which is designed as the programmable power amplifier that can be used in (1)Telephony over Cable ; (2)CATV Status Monitor; (3)OPENCATV Set-Top Box ; (4)CATV Infrastructure; (5)Cable Modems. Also this device is available in a 20-pin TSSOP-EP package for the extended-industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C). Also it offers a transmit-disable mode, which places the device in a high-isolation state for use between bursts in TDMA systems.
