MAX3866E/D

The MAX3866E/D is designed as one kind of 2.5Gbps, +3.3V combined transimpedance / limiting amplifier that can be used in (1)SDH/SONET transmission systems; (2)PIN / preamplifier receivers; (3)2.488Gbps ATM receivers; (4)regenerators for SDH/SONET. Also this device operates from a single +3.3V or +5V supply and provides a differential output signal.

Features of the MAX3866E/D are:(1)input sensitivities better than -22dBm (7.8 Ap-p); (2)overdrive capability better than +1.4dBm (2.5mAp-p); (3)single +3.3V or +5V supply; (4)165mw power dissipation (at 3.3V); (5)1.8GHz analog input bandwidth; (6)programmable loss-of-power indicator; (7)100 differential output.
