The MAX5621UCB is designed as one kind of 16-bit DACs with 16-channel sample-and-hold outputs that belongs to the MAX5621 family. This device can be used in (1)MEMS mirror servo control; (2)industrial process control; (3)automatic test equipment; (4)instrumentation. And it is controlled through a 20MHz SPI™/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™-compatible 3-wire serial interface.

Features of the MAX5621UCB are:(1)integrated 16-bit DAC and 16-channel SHA with SRAM and sequencer; (2)16 voltage outputs; (3)0.005% output linearity; (4)200V output resolution; (5)flexible output voltage range; (6)remote ground sensing; (7)fast sequential loading: 1.3s per register; (8)burst and immedi-ate mode addressing; (9)no external components required for setting gain and offset; (10)integrated output clamp diodes; (11)three output impedance options.

The absolute maximum ratings of the MAX5621UCB can be summarized as:(1)VDD to AGND: -0.3V to +12.2V;(2)VSS to AGND: -6.0V to +0.3V;(3)VDD to VSS: +15V;(4)VLDAC, VLOGIC, VLSHA to AGND or DGND: -0.3V to +6V;(5)REF to AGND: -0.3V to +6V;(6)Lead Temperature (soldering, 10s): +300°C;(7)Storage Temperature Range: -65°C to +150°C;(8)Maximum Junction Temperature: +150°C;(9)Operating Temperature Range: 0°C to +85°C;(10)Maximum Current into Logic Inputs: ±20 mA.
