MAX6674ISA

The MAX6674ISA is one member of the MAX6674 family which is designed as the cold-junction-compensated K-thermocoupleto-digital converter (0°C to +128°C) that can be used in (1)industrial; (2)appliances; (3)HVAC; (4)automotive. This converter resolves temperatures to 0.125°C, allows readings as high as +128°C, and exhibits thermocouple accuracy of ±2°C for temperatures ranging from 0°C to +125°C, and is available in a small, 8-pin SO package. Features of the MAX6674ISA are:(1)cold-junction compensation; (2)simple SPI-compatible serial interface; (3)10 bit, 0.125°C; (4)open thermocouple detection.
