MAX807

The MAX807 is designed as one kind of full-featured P supervisory circuit with ±1.5% reset accuracy that can be used in (1)computers; (2)controllers; (3)intelligent instruments; (4)critical P power monitoring; (5)portable/battery-powered equipment. A 70A supply current makes this device ideal for use in portable equipment, while a 2ns chip-enable propagation delay and 250mA output current capability (20mA in battery-backup mode) make it suitable for larger, higher-performance equipment.
