The MAX9140EXK+T is designed as one kind of 40 ns, low-power, 3V/5V, rail-to-rail single-supply comparator that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)line receivers; (2)battery-powered systems; (3)threshold detectors / discriminators; (4)3V / 5V systems; (5)zero-crossing detectors; (6)sampling circuits. This device features latch enable and device shutdown and combines high speed, low power, and Rail-to-Rail inputs.
