MBI5025GF

The MBI5025GF is one member of the MBI5025 family which is designed as the 16-bit constant current LED sink driver that contains a serial buffer and data latches, which convert serial input data into parallel output format. At MBI5026 output stage, sixteen regulated current ports are designed to provide uniform and constant current sinks for driving LEDs within a wide range of Vf variations.

Features of the MBI5025GF are:(1)error detection mode to detect LED open-circuit errors;(2)constant output current invariant to load voltage change;(3)16 constant-current output channels;(4)excellent output current accuracy: between channels:±3% (max.), and between ICs:±6% (max.);(5)output current adjusted through an external resistor;(6)fast response of output current, OE(min.): 400 ns;(7)25MHz clock frequency;(8)constant output current range: 3-50 mA;(9)schmitt trigger input;(10)5V supply voltage.
