MBRA140

The MBRA140 is designed as one kind of surface mount schottky power rectifier device that can be used in low voltage, high frequency rectification, or as free wheeling and polarity diodes in surface mount applications. And this device has some points of features: (1)small compact surface mountable package with j-bent leads; (2)rectangular package for automated handling; (3)highly stable oxide passivated junction; (4)very low forward voltage drop; (5)guardring for stress protection.

The mechanical characteristics of the MBRA140 are:(1)case: epoxy, molded; (2)weight: 70 mg (approximately); (3)finish: all external surfaces corrosion resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable; (4)lead and mounting surface temperature for soldering purposes: 260 max. for 10 seconds; (5)shipped in 12 mm tape, 5000 units per 13 inch reel; (6)polarity: cathode lead indicated by either notch in plastic body or polarity band; (7)marking: B14.
