Description

The MBRD340G is one member of the MBRD340 family which is the switchmode power rectifier that is designed for use as output rectifiers, free wheeling, protection and steering diodes in switching power supplies, inverters and other inductive switching circuits. Features of the MBRD340G are:(1)Pb-Free Packages are Available; (2)Extremely Fast Switching; (3)Extremely Low Forward Drop; (4)Platinum Barrier with Avalanche Guardrings. And the mechanical characteristics of this device are:(1)case: epoxy, molded; (2)weight: 0.4 Gram (approximately); (3)finish: all external surfaces corrosion resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable; (4)lead and mounting surface temperature for soldering purposes; 260 max. for 10 seconds; (5)shipped 75 units per plastic tube; (6)available in 16 mm tape and reel, 2500 units per reel, by adding a "T4" suffix to the part number.
