MBRD340T4G

The MBRD340T4G is designed as switchmode power rectifiers for use as output rectifiers, free wheeling, protection and steering diodes in switching power supplies, inverters and other inductive switching circuits. Its package would be DPAK (Pb-free) and its shipping would be 2500 tape & reel.

(12) Its maximum thermal resistance, junction to ambient would be 80°C/W. It should be noted that maximum ratings are those values beyond which device damage can occur.

Also some electrical characteristics about MBRD340T4G. (1) Its maximum instantaneous forward voltage would be 0.6V at If=3A, Tc=25°C and it would be 0.45V at If=3A, Tc=125°C and it would be 0.7V at If=6A, Tc=25°C and it would be 0.0625A at If=6A, Tc=125°C.
