Description

The MC33078N is a high quality monolithic amplifier employing Bipolar technology with innovative high performance concepts for quality audio and data signal processing applications. The feature of MC33078N are as follows: (1)dual supply operation: ±5.0 V to ±18 V; (2)low input offset voltage: 0.15 mV; (3)low T.C. of input offset voltage: 2.0 V/; (4)low total harmonic distortion: 0.002%; (5)high gain bandwidth product: 16 MHz; (6)high slew rate: 7.0 V/s; (7)high open loop AC gain: 800 @ 20 kHz; (8)excellent frequency stability; (9)large output voltage swing: +14.1 V/ -14.6 V; (10)ESD diodes provided on the inputs.

The absolute maximum ratings of the MC33078N are: (1)Supply Voltage (VCC to VEE): +36 V; (2)Output Short Circuit Duration: Indefinite sec; (3)Maximum Junction Temperature: +150 °C; (4)Storage Temperature: 60 to +150 °C.
