MC3419-1L

The MC3419-1L is a kind of subscriber loop interface circuit (SLIC). It is designed as the heart of a circuit to provide BORSHT functions for telephone service in Central Office, and Subscriber Carrier equipment.

There are some features as follows: (1)totally upward compatible with the MC3419; (2)all key parameters externally programmable; (3)current sensing outputs monitor status of both tip and ring leads for auxiliary functions such as: ground key, ring trip, message waiting lamp, etc; (4)on-hook power below 5.0 mW; (5)digital hook status output; (6)powerdown input; (7)ground fault protection; (8)operates from single -20 to -56 V power source.

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings: (1)voltage, VEE: -60 Vdc; (2)voltage, VOB: VEE-1.0 V; (3)steady state sense current, ITSI, IRSI: 100 mAdc; (4)pulse sense current, ITSI, IRSI: 200 mAdc; (5)storage temperature range, Tstg: -65 to +150; (6)operating junction temperature (JA=100/W typ), TJ: 150.
