MC9S12D64MPVE is a kind of 16-bit microcontroller unit (MCU). It has full 16-bit data paths throughout. It includes a PLL circuit which allows power consumption and performance to be adjusted to suit operational requirements.

There are some features of MC9S12D64MPVEas follows.
