MCH 1.5 Watts

With a miniature footprint of just 0.8 square inches, the MCH Series? of DC/DC converters delivers 1.5 watts of output power while saving significant board real estate. The converters are offered with standard screening, "ES" screening, or fully compliant to "883" MIL-PRF-38534 Class H screening. Standard microcircuit drawings (SMD) are available.
