DescriptionMF436 generates very high power which makes it ideal for many sensors and signal transmission applications. MF436 operates in a wide range of temperatures, and can satisfy virtually any environmental specification. The double-lens optical system results in optimum coupling of power into the fiber.
The MF359 has some absolute maximum ratings.When parameter is storage temperature,the symbol is Tstg,the limit is -55 to +125.When parameter is operating temperature see,the symbol is Top,the limit is -40 to +85.When parameter is electrical power dissipation,the symbol is Ptot,the limit is 160mW.When parameter is continuous forward current (f<10kHz),the symbol is IF,the limit is 90mA.When parameter is peak forward current (duty cycle<50%, f>1MHz),the symbol is IFRM,the limit is 130mA.When parameter is reverse voltage,the symbol is VR,the limit is 0.5V.When parameter is soldering temperature (2mm from the case for 10sec),the symbol is Tsld,the limit is 260.
