MGA-412P8

Avago Technologies' MGA-412P8 is a 802.11 b/g WLAN Power Amplifier housed in a miniature 2 x 2 x 0.75 mm3 leadless plastic chip carrier (LPCC) package. The amplifier is designed for applications in the 1.7 - 3 GHz frequency range, yet it is optimized for IEEE 802.11 b/g WLAN applications.
The compact footprint, low profile, integrated power detector, power down function and excellent power efficiency makes the MGA-412P8 an ideal choice for mobile IEEE 802.11b/g WLAN applications. The best-in-class power efficiency achieved through the use of Avago Technologies' proprietary GaAs Enhancement-mode pHEMT process. It delivers 19.0 dBm linear output power at 3% EVM on 54Mbps data rate (OFDM modulation), and 23dBm at 11Mbps (CCCK modulation).
