MGS1100

The Motorola MGS1100 carbon monoxiode(CO)sensor features a sensitive,thin film metal-oxide layer over an embedded micro-heater.The heater is used to raise the temperature of the film to enchance its sensitivity to CO.This structure is supported by a micromachined silicon disphragm for reduced power consumption.

Features of the MGS1100 are:(1)sensitivity range: 15 to over 1000 pm CO; (2)low humdity dependence in recommended operation mode stable long-term operation; (3)thin film metal-oxide on micromachined silicon diaphragm; (4)active charcoal filter for enhanced selectivity; (5)durable nylon exterior shell with steel mesh; (6)small size.
