      The MH51R is designed as 8 pin DIP MPH-series.
      Some important specifications have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its frequency range which would be from 12MHz to 66.67MHz. The next one is about its frequency stability which would be ±25ppm. The next one is about its operating temperature range which would be from 0°C to +70°C. The next one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -55°C to +125°C. The next one is about its supply voltage which would be +5Vdc ±10%. The next one is about its supply current which would be 25mA maximum and 16mA typical. The next one is about its input output E/D time which would be 100ns maximum. The next one is about its input enable (Vih) which would be 2.0V minimum. The next one is about its input disable (Vil) which would be 0.8V maximum.
