DescriptionThe MIC37252BR is one member of the MIC37252 family which designed as the 2.5 A low-dropout linear voltage regulator that provides a low voltage, high current output with a minimum of external components. MIC37252BR can be used in (1)LDO linear regulator for low-voltage digital IC; (2)PC add-in cards; (3)High efficiency linear power supplies; (4)SMPS post regulator; (5)Battery charger. Also this device is designed to drive digital circuits requiring low voltage at high currents (i.e. PLDs, DSP, microcontroller, etc.).
