General Description
ML65F General Description
The ML65 is a group of PWM Step-up DC/DCconverter IC with ultra-low supply current byCMOS process.
It consists of an oscillator, a PWM control circuit, aLx switch driver transistor, a reference voltage unit,an error amplifier for voltage detection and an Lxswitch protection circuit. It is suitable for use withbattery-powered instruments with low noise andultra low supply current.
