MM1031XMR

The MM1031XMR is a type of video amplifier and is a 6dB amp for video signals (Y or composite signals). Gain is fixed at 6dB and it is used in 75e signals). Gain is fixed at 6dB and it is used in 75½ output circuits.It can be applied to TV, free-standing VCanding VCR,VCR w3. VCR with camera,etc.

It has six unique features: (1) for video signal (Y or composite) amplification; (2) built-in clamp circuit; (3) 75½ driver built in; (4) frequency response 7MHz; (5) current consumption 4mA typ; (6) power supply voltage 5V.

There are some absolute maximum ratings about it(Ta is 25°C). (1): storage temperature(TSTG) is -40°C to +125°C; (2): operating temperature(TOPR) is -20°C to +75 °C; (3): power supply voltage(VCC) is max. 7 V.

Meanwhile,there are also some electrical characteristics about it(except where noted otherwise, Ta is 25°C, Vcc is 5 V ). (1): operating power supply voltage(VCC,VCC) is 4.7 V min, 5.0 V typ and 5.3 V max; (2): consumption current(Id,VCC) is 4.0 mA typ and 7.0 mA max; (3): voltage gain(GV, TP2 SI Sweep signal, 1VP-P, 0.1MHz) is 5.5 dB min, 6.0 dB typ and 6.5 dB max; (4): differential gain(DG, SO SI Staircase wave, 1VP-P, APL=10, 50, 90%) is  1% typ and 3 % max; (5): differential phase (DP, SO, SI, Staircase wave, 1VP-P, APL=10, 50, 90%) is 1deg typ and 3 deg max; (6): input clamping voltage(VC, TP1) is 2.0 V typ.
