DescriptionThe MM74HC573N is one package of the MM74HC573 family which designed as the high speed octal D-type latches utilize advanced silicon-gate P-well CMOS technology. And it possess the high noise immunity and low power consumption of standard CMOS integrated circuits, as well as the ability to drive 15 LS-TTL loads. All inputs of MM74HC573N are protected from damage due to static discharge by internal diode clamps to Vcc and ground.
