The MMBR931LT1 is one member of the MMBR931 family which is designed as the schottky barrier diode that can be used in high speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. Extremely low forward voltage reduces conduction loss. Miniature surface mount package is excellent for hand held and portable applications where space is limited. Features of the MMBR931LT1 are:(1)Extremely Fast Switching Speed;(2)Extremely Low Forward Voltage - 0.28 Volts (Typ) @ IF=1 mAdc.
