The MRF20030R is one member of the MRF20030 series.It has the following features including (1)characterized with series equivalent largesignal impedance parameters;(2)Sparameter characterization at high bias levels;(3)designed for FM, TDMA, CDMA and multi-carrier applications;(4)excellent thermal stability;(5)specified 26 Volts, 2.0 GHz, class AB, twotones characteristics.

Designed for broadband commercial and industrial applications at frequencies from 1800 to 2000 MHz. The high gain and broadband performance of this device makes it ideal for largesignal, common-emitter class A and class AB amplifier applications.
