The MSC23236C/CL-xxBS20 is a fully decoded 2,097,152-word x 36-bit CMOS dynamic random access memory module composed of sixteen 4-Mb DRAMs(1Mx4)in SOJ packages and four 2-Mb DRAMs in SOJ(1Mx2)packages mounted with twenty decoupling capacitors on a 72-pin glass epoxy single-inline package.The low-power version(CL)offers reduced power consumption mobile computing applications like laptops and palmtops.
