MT8870B

The MT8870B is a complete DTMF receiver integrating both the bandsplit filter and digital decoder functions, fabricated in Mitel's double poly ISO2-CMOS technology.The fillter section uses switched capacitor techniques for high and low group filters;the decoder uses digital counting techniques to detect and decode all 16 DTMF tobe pairs into a 4-bit code.

The absolute maximum ratings  of the MT8870B can be summarized as:(1): power supplt voltage VDD-VSS is 6 V max; (2): voltage on any pin is Vss-0.3 V to VDD+0.3 V; (3): current at any pin(other than supply) is 10 mA max; (4): operating temperature(Topr) is -40 to +85; (5): package power dissipaiton is 1000 mW; (6): storage temperature is -65 to +150.
