MX26L1620TI-12

The MX26L1620TI-12 is one member of the MX26L1620 family which is designed as the 16M-bit [1M x 16] CMOS multiple-time-programmable EPROM that has some points of features:(1)1,048,576 x 16 byte structure; (2)Single Power Supply Operation: 2.7 to 3.6 volt for read, erase, and program operations; (3)Low Vcc write inhibit is equal to or less than 2.5V; (4)Compatible with JEDEC standard; (5)Minimum 100 erase/program cycle; (6)Output voltages and input voltages on the device is determined by the voltage on the VI/O pin. VI/O voltage range:1.65V to 3.6V; (7)12V ACC input pin provides accelerated program capability; (8)10-year data retention.

The MX26L1620TI-12 uses a command register to manage this functionality, and uses a 2.7V to 3.6V VCC supply to perform the High Reliability Erase and auto Program / Erase algorithms. It has the MXIC cell which is designed to optimize the erase and program mechanisms.
