The MX27C1000ATI-10 is one member of the MX27C1000 family which is designed as the 1M-BIT [128K x 8] CMOS EPROM that has some points of features:(1)128K x 8 organization; (2)Single +5V power supply; (3)+12.5V programming voltage; (4)Fast access time: 90/100/120/150 ns; (5)Totally static operation; (6)Completely TTL compatible; (7)Operating current: 30mA; (8)Standby current: 100uA.

The MX27C1000ATI-10 is organized as 1M words by 8 bits per word, operates from a single +5 volt supply, has a static standby mode, and features fast single address location programming, and is available in package of 32 pin dual-in-line packages, 32 lead PLCC, 32 lead SOP and 32 lead TSOP packages.
