N80188-10B

The N80188-10B is a kind of highly-integrated microprocessor with an 8-bit data bus interface and a 16-bit internal architecture for high performance. It effectively combines 15-20 of the most common iPAX 86 system components onto one.It is available in 68-pin plastic leaded chip carrier (PL 068) and requires a single +5 V power supply.
