The NC7WZ38L8X is one member of the NC7WZ38 family which is designed as the dual 2-input NAND gate that is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology, so this device can achieve ultra high speed with high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a very broad VCC operating range, and is specified to operate over the 1.65 V to 5.5 V Vcc range.
