The NCP304HSQ29T1 is one member of the NCP304 family which is designed as the second generation ultralow current voltage detector. This device consists of complementary output devices that are available with either an active high or active low reset output, and can be used in (1)microprocessor reset controller; (2)low battery detection; (3)power fail indicator; (4)battery backup detection.
