NE5534D General Description

IC OPAMP GP 10MHZ SGL LN 8SOIC

The NE5534D is dual and single high-performance low noise operational amplifiers. Compared to other operational amplifiers,such as TL083, they show better noise performance, improved output drive capability and considerably higher small-signal and ower bandwidths.

Features of the NE5534D are:(1)Small-signal bandwidth: 10MHz; (2)Output drive capability: 600?, 10VRMS at VS=±18V; (3)Input noise voltage: 4nV Hz; (4)DC voltage gain: 100000; (5)AC voltage gain: 6000 at 10kHz; (6)Power bandwidth: 200kHz; (7)Slew rate: 13V/s; (8)Large supply voltage range: ±3 to ±20V.

The absolute maximum ratings of the NE5534D can be summarized as:(1)VS Supply voltage :±22 V; (2)VIN Input voltage: ±V supply V; (3)VDIFF Differential input voltage:±0.5 V; (4)TSTG Storage temperature range: -65 to +150 °C; (5)Tj Junction temperature :150 °C.
