Features of the NJL5162K are:(1)supper miniature,super thin type; (2)built-in visible light cut-off filter; (3)high output ,high S/N  ratio.

The absolute maximum ratings of the NJL5162K can be summarized as:(1)emitter forward currnet(continuous):50mA; (2)emitter pulse forward current:500mA; (3)emitter reverse voltage:6V; (4)emitter power disssipation:75mW; (5)detector collector-emitter voltage:25V; (6)detector emitter-collector voltage:6V; (7)detector collector current:20mA; (8)detector collector power dissipation:75mW.
