NJL61H300

The NJL61H300 is designed as small and high performance receiving devices for infrared remote control system. The pulse width of it is stable relating to commander's power or distance between transmitter and receiver. NJL61H300 applications include AV instruments such as audio, TV, VCR, CD, MD, and home appliances such as air-conditioner, fan, and the other equipments with wireless remote control.

NJL61H300 has three features. (1)Mold type and metal case type to meet the design of front panel. (2)Elliptic lens to improve the characteristic against light noise from the upper and lower side. (3)Line-up for various center carrier frequencies. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of NJL61H300 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage is 6.3V. (2)Its operating temperature range would be from -30°C to +85°C. (3)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to +85°C. (4)Its soldering temperature would be 260°C 5sec and 4.0mm from mold body. (5)Its recommended supply voltage range would be from 4.5V to 5.5V. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical-optical characteristics of NJL61H300 are concluded as follow. (1)its supply current would have the maximum value of 3mA. (2)Its transmission distance would be min 13m and typ 18m. (3)Its directivity would be typ 50° for L and would typ 35° for V. (4)Its output voltage low would be typ 0.2V and max 0.5V. (5)Its output voltage high would be min 4.5V. (6)Its low level pulse width would be min 400us and max 800us. (7)Its high level pulse width would be min 400us and max 800us.
