The NJM2223M is designed as a integrated bipolar video switch with 8dB amplifier which selects one signal from three different composit video signals. It has also function of superimposer and synchronous signal clipping and is suit to picture in picture configuration.
It has eight features. (1)12V operation. (2)3 input video signal. (3)2 output video signal. (4)Switch operates with CMOS level. (5)Super imposer function. (6)Internal 8dB amp. (7)Package outline is DMP16. (8)Bipolar technology. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be 8V. (2)Its power dissipation would be 300mW. (3)Its operating temperature range would be from -20°C to +75°C. (4)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to +125°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
