The NJM2228 is a doubler/tripler oscillator based on video sub-carrier frequency using PLL circuit technique. Itis suit to standard clcok generator of CCD clock and onscreen display.
NJM2228 has many unique features: The first one is operating voltage is 4 V to 6 V. The second one is good input sensitivity. The third one is maximum oscillation frequency is 20 MHz. The forth one is switch function of doubler/tripler. The fifth one is bipolar technology.The last one is package outline is DIP8,DMP8.There are some absolute maximum ratings.
