General Description
NJM2230 General Description
The NJM2230 discriminate existance and fineness of video signal. It is applicable to VCR,TV,Video camera,Hi-Fi VCR,on screen display and otehrs. It has three unique features: The first one is operating voltage is 4.5 V to 13 V. The second one is package outline is DMR8. The third one is biploar technology.
There are some absolute maximum ratings about it.Supply voltage is 12 V.Power dissipation(PD)is 300 mW.Operating temperature range(Topr) is -20 to 75.Storage temperature range(Tstg) is -40 to 125.Operating current(Icc) is 8 mA typ and 11 mA max.Mono-multi output width is 25 usec typ.M.M smoothed D.C.voltage is 2.9 V min,3.2 V typ and 3.5 V max when Pin is 2 V.
