NJU6374A

The NJU6374A is a kind of CMOS quartz crystal oscillator which includes an oscillator amplifier, 3-state divider and 3-state output buffer. The oscillation amplifier incorporates feed-back resistance and oscillation capacitors (Cg, Cd), therefore, it requires no external component except quartz crystal. The 3-stage divider generates fo, fo/2, fo/4 and fo/8 and only one frequency selected by internal circuits is output. The 3-state output buffer is CMOS compatible and capable of 10 LSTTL driving. The device is suitable for the 3rd over tone and its pad location is the same as NJU6324 series.
