The NL27WZU04 is a high performance dual inverter with Schmitt-Trigger inputs operating from a 1.65 to 5.5 V supply.

Features of the NL27WZU04 are:(1)designed for 1.65 V to 5.5 V VCC operation;(2)Pb−free package is available;(3)unbuffered for crystal oscillator and analog applications;(4)LVCMOS compatible;(5)source/sink ±16 mA @ 4.5 V VCC;(6)near zero static supply current substantially reduces system power requirements;(7)chip complexity: FETs = 72; equivalent gate = 18.
