NN12067A type IC, built-in timing signal generator and vertical drive (corresponding to our CCD), CCD camera used for analog front-end processing (CDS, GCA, A / D converter). Through the built-in timing signal generator and dedicated vertical drive, you can shorten NN12067A time development of CCD cameras, and can save space.
