OPT101T

The OPT101T is designed as one kind of monolithic photodiode and single-supply transimpedance amplifier that can be used in (1)medical instrumentation; (2)laboratory instrumentation; (3)position and proximity sensors; (4)photographic analyzers; (5)barcode scanners; (6)smoke detectors; (7)currency changers. Also it is available in clear plastic 8-pin DIP, 5-pin SIP and J-formed DIP for surface mounting.

Features of the OPT101T are:(1)single supply: +2.7 to +36V; (2)photodiode size: 0.090 x 0.090 inch; (3)internal 1mw feedback resistor; (4)high responsiv-ity: 0.45A/W (650nm); (5)bandwidth: 14kHz at RF = 1M; (6)low quiescent current: 120mA; (7)available in 8-pin DIP, 5-pin SIP, and 8-lead surface mount packages.
